Echo Makers was entrusted with the technical production of a series of high-level closed-door meetings between the U.S. Department of Defense and the Saudi Ministry of Defense.Our role focused on professional audio and lighting, stage setup, and production services, all executed with strict confidentiality and precision. Given the sensitive nature of these meetings, our team worked discreetly behind the scenes, ensuring seamless operation while remaining completely out of view.This project highlights our capability to handle government-level events that demand absolute trust, discipline, and technical excellence.We curated a vibrant atmosphere by organizing a live music band and a professional DJ, ensuring every detail aligned with the client’s vision. From concept to delivery, our team handled every element with precision, creativity, and professionalism.
